TekDeck is a simply designed formwork system for forming slabs up to 500cm thick that optimises the number of components for ease-of-use. The primary components are a steel prop and an aluminium panel with integrated board that provides a consistently high finish. The modular format enables any flat slab to be constructed with optimal labour in greatly reduced timescales when compared to conventional fix and strike systems, giving a lower skilled carpenter to labourer workforce ratio. With a range of panel sizes including adjustable panels and components that allow large areas to be erected quickly and effectively. Other components enable the system to be erected from the ground, including edge protection feet and posts, reducing the need for working at height.
