TekForm System

- Concrete pressure of up to 80Kn/m2.
- High grade hot dip galvanising for durability / long life.
- The system produces a smooth off- shutter concrete finish.
- Heavy duty, crane handled system for large areas.
- The formwork panel frame consists of a closed steel profile, hollow on the inside complete with a 18mm plywood insert.
- The 18mm film coated plywood consisting of Birch veneer is made to meet high demands. Bonded and glued crosswise according to BFU 100 with a Phenol resin 220g/m² coating
- The formwork system uses only two clamps, long and short.
- Vibration resistant and aligned at connection points with the panel
- Developed, produced and tested according to European guidelines
- The size of the panel will determine how many clamps are required.

Short Clamp
- Straightens and draws all panels together

Long Clamp
- Aligns panels together and straightens them.

- Used for all panels compensating up to 260mm, including timbre infills.
Scaffold Bracket
- Simply fasten to the vertical or horizontal panel
- Used for the assembly of a secure 800mm wide working platform.
- High quality galvanised.
Waler 85
- The walers fasten onto the integrated track on the panels. The necessary anchor holes for this are integrated in a grid-like format on the panels.
- Universally operational waler made of high-quality steel.
- Bridges length adjustments.
- Increased rigidity in the inter-panel connection.
- Transfers anchor strength.
Tie Rod
- Typically supplied in four standard lengths however, additional lengths are available upon request.
- Maximum permissible load of tie rods are according to DIN 18216.
Wing Nut Plate
- Fixes onto the tie rod to hold it in position.
Base Plate A, B, C
- Used to secure the prop to the existing ground by means of a concrete anchor bolt.
Brace Connector
- Connects the prop to the Formwork panels.
Stop End Tie
- Securing the Walers 85 to the shutters at the stop end of the concrete wall.
Lifting Hook
- To transport the vertically hanging panels

TekForm S Column
- Column panels are used to form concrete columns in a windmill formation.
The size ranges from 150mm X 150mm to 650mm X 650mm, at 50mm increments.
